You already have a good variety of tunes that will work most aspects of your technique. One thing you might try is delving into classical music. A weak point for most Jew's Harp players is pitch, so any piece of music that will challenge you to get the notes will help your ear. Try tunes that you might think wouldn't work for the instrument. You might find some real gems that way.
